We understand that sometimes life happens, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please review our cancellation policy below to ensure a smooth experience for everyone involved.

Appointment Cancellations:

• 24-Hour Notice: We kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client in need of healing.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 25% except in the case of emergencies or unavoidable circumstances.
• No-Show Policy: Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged the full session fee.

Rescheduling:

• We are happy to reschedule your session at no additional cost if the change is made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. For rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment, a fee of 25% may apply.

Refunds:

• Single Sessions: For single sessions canceled within the 24-hour notice period, a full refund will be issued. Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.
• Packages: Refunds for package purchases will be prorated based on the sessions already completed, with a deduction for any late cancellations or no-shows.

Emergencies:

• We understand that emergencies and unforeseen situations arise. Please reach out to us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs without penalty.
